【Main Ingredients】
PU film, acrylic adhesive, sodium methyl cellulose carbonate (CMC), release paper, sterilization bags.
【Product Details】
"IGIBAN l" Hydrocolloid dressings have a wide range of 3D or 2D styles and sizes in order to fit the different shapes of body parts.
All products are sterilized by radiation .
1. 2D products: rectangular shapes with same thickness; the package name is [ dressing].
2. 3D products: Thicker in the middle part than the edge part; the package name is [Hydrocolloid OK Bandage], [Hydrocolloid OK Stickers], [Invisible Bean Sticker].
【Product Purpose】
Moist Healing is that the wound covers with moist dressings to keep the wounds moist, prevent encrusted wounds and allow the wounds to heal quickly. "IGIBAN" Hydrocolloid dressings are moist wound covering dressings . The soft texture of foam dressings can closely adhere to the wound surfaces. After absorbing the exudates, they will be moistened and turned white and effectively isolated from the external environment. The outer layer of the dressings is a waterproof membrane that can provides thorough protection of the wounds during a shower or a bath briefly.
【Applied for】
Shallow cuts, Scratches, Stabbed wounds, lacerations, wounds caused by friction, minor burns, Laser burns, pinprick wounds, etc.
【Warnings】
1. Do not use this product directly if the following situation occurs. Please seek for the medical staff for the assistances. (1) Infected (note) wounds. (2) Wounds that may be infected and inapplicable wounds (such as: deep to bone callus, excessive area, animal bites,foreign objects, around the eyes, mucous membranes, and encrusted wounds ).
2. Please consult with your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
(1) People who have been treated for diabetes and blood circulation disorders.
(2) Feeling a strong sense of tiredness, fever,etc. .
3. Stop using this product immediately if the following situation occurs and please go for medical check.
(1) • In the process of using this product, there is thick yellow mucus and infection (Note).
(2) • After using this product, there are rashes around the wound and symptoms such as redness and itching of the skin.
【Precautions】
1. Do not use this product with a soft ointment such as sterilizing or disinfecting the wounds. If the wound has been applied the ointment, please rinse the woun with salt solution before re-sticking this product. .
2. If the sterilized bag is damaged, the dressing may not be used as it may be suspected of being infected.
3. The foam dressings have elasticity, therefore, please do not pull the foam dressing when sticking to avoid the poor circulation of the blood caused by the compression of the wound.
4. If the foam dressings do not have any leakages, peeling, or uncomfortable feeling, then the foam dressing may be used for longer period, up to five days.
5. If this products are used by infants, children or the elderly, please be sure to replace or take out the foam gently.
Please refer to "Time of replacement (3)" for instructions.
6. In the process of sticking the foam dressings, it may cause the foam dressings fall off easily in a situation of excessive friction, heavily sweating body parts, rinsing work, swimming or bathing, etc.
7.It is normal if the odor occurs when changing wound dressings. That is because the wounds are in moist environment for a long period of time. Before applying new wound dressings, please rinse the wounds carefully .
8. The recovery of wounds will be slightly different due to the condition of the affected area and the physical condition of the individuals. A few wounds will have pigmentation and leave residual scars.
【Instructions】
To use this product, please follow the following procedures until the wound is healed and not tender.
● Before sticking
1. Please confirm the wound first (mild knife cut wounds, scratches, radiation wounds, shoes friction wounds and mild burns) and make sure the wound stop bleeding, no infection and no encrusted wounds.
2. Please rinse your hands first, rinse the wound and surrounding skin with plenty of saline water and wipe off the moisture.
3. Please choose a product that is 1-2 cm larger than the wound size (2-3 cm for bending body parts).
● Apply steps:
[3D dressings]
1. Place the release paper upwards and then use two fingers to push upwards to separate the release paper.
2. Hold both sides of the release paper and stick it to the wound. Tear off both sides of the release paper.
3. After the product is attached, gently press the product for 1 minute to make it more adhesively.
[2D dressings]
1. Remove the center release paper.
2. Hold the foam dressing on both sides and remove the remaining release paper on both sides.
3. After the foam dressing has been adhesively applied to the wound, gently press the foam dressing for 1 minute to make it more adhesively.
● During applying process
Please pay more attention to the wound for at least 2-3 days to observe the state of exudates and symptoms of infection
(note). If you find any infection; please stop using the product and ask your doctor to check it out.
●Change timing
1. After applying the dressing, if the exudates (body fluid) comes out of the dressing too much, if the dressing is dirty, if the dressing is not sticky or if the dressing falls off easily, then please replace a new foam dressing.
2. Pull the foam dressing up from the edge and gently pull it toward the center and peel the foam dressing off slowly.
3. If there is no exudates wound or it is difficult to peel off, please fill warm water in between the skin and the foam dressing, and then peel the foam dressing off slowly. Changing the foam dressing when showering or after showering is recommended.
【Preservation Method and Expiration Date】
1. Please keep the product in a cool place, out of direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
2. Pay attention to the expiration date. Do not use the product after it expires.
3. The product is a disposable product. Do not use it repeatedly.
4. After the sterilization bag is opened, please use the product as soon as possible.
(Note): Infected wounds means wounds are red, swollen, and hot around the wounds with persistent pain, pus, and other abnormal symptoms.
